going up passo di sella * We stopped here on the way up to Passo de Sella because we were awed by the massive rock formations before us.

hotel mary pozza di fazzo * Our home for 2 days as we rode the passes in the Dolomites.  Two star hotels like this were frequent, comfortable, and affordable.

goodbye jim verna * Here we parted company as Jim and Verna headed to Trento and Lars stayed for a few more passes.
