Das Gespann gehört einem amerikanischen Ehepaar, welches sich auf einer zehnjährigen Weltreise befindet.

Es ist ein nach klassischer HU-Bauweise gemachtes 2V-Boxergespann mit vielen Alu-Kisten und Alu-Tank 45l plus Zusatztank im Seitenwagen mit ca. 30l.

Tauschbare Räder, außen liegender Ölfilter mit Kühler, Thermostat und gleichlange Federbeine sind HU Standard.

Besonderheiten sind Doppelzündung und eine 400 Watt Lichtmaschine (Serie 280 Watt) und Powerzusatzscheinwerfer.

The motorcycle belongs to an American married couple, who are on a ten year voyage round the world.

It is a 2V-Boxer sidecar with many aluminum boxes and an aluminum tank of 45 liters, made after classical HU building methods, plus an auxiliary tank in the side car with approximately 30l.

Exchangeable wheels, external spin on automotive type oil filter with thermostat and cooler, and shock struts of equal length - all are HU standard.

Unique to this sidecar are twin spark plugs and a 400 Watt alternator (from the factory it was only 280 Watts) and an add on high intensity auxiliary Xeon headlight.
