What's Next

2007 & 2008

We will be in Spain, Portugal, France and Germany in March and April. In May we return to the USA with the sidecar and attend to some personal business that requires our presence in the USA for more than 8 months. We will arrive in Toronto, Canada May 3rd and head south to Atlanta, Georgia where Jim hopes to acquire a 1965 R50 BMW. From there we will be traveling to Wisconsin to visit Chuck and Kathy Joseph and then west to Shady Cove, Oregon.

We will head north to Vancouver Island, Canada and the Canadian Rockies in July to visit Bonnie Mardis and Jim Dell. In September or October we will return to Germany for a few weeks to collect yet another motorcycle and arrange shipping for it to Florida. We will return to the USA and spend the fall of 2007 and January 2008 in Mexico. In February, 2008, we will travel to Florida and collect the motorcycle shipped from Germany and tour the south eastern part of the USA working our way north along the eastern seaboard to Newfoundland and then turn west headed back to Shady Cove.

We will return to Shady Cove in early May to swap motorcycles and head north to Alaska. We will return to Shady Cove working our way south through as much of the Canadian Rockies as we can in July and August.

In the fall of 2008 we will head south through Mexico working our way south through Central and South America.

We have not decided what we will do once we reach the tip of South America - west to New Zealand or east to Africa.
